in conjunction with our or the client's architect and/or interior
designer, a facility is created in which the desired atmosphere and
the building's technical functions are achieved harmoniously.

pre-design (material, colour, sound, light, etc).
Development of the complete architectural pre project, function and
interior design).
Development of technical planning concepts - M & E concepts: i.e.
sanitary facilities, water, air-conditioning, electricity, and acoustics.
Development of specific beauty, health and wellness concepts.
Project management.
Stage Two encompasses operations and program implementation.
A personalized spa program is designed to suit the clientele, planning
for retail sales, marketing, staff recruitment and training, plus
the set-up of all programs and operations.
Overall planning, budgeting, design and tendering.
Overall technical planning - M & E as well as development of special
sound and light projects.
Realization of the interior design concept.
Project controlling and management.
Staff recruitment and training programs.
Development of "Quality Standards" and "Brand Development".
Formulate marketing plan, advertising and public relations.
Stage
Three involves our obligation to the successful opening of
the facility and further ongoing supervision, evaluation programs
or ongoing management.
Administer and supervise start-up of all programs and operations.
Opening supervision, such as: Organization of special events for important
target groups (VIPs, journalists, etc.)
Seminars, workshops, training and performance analysis.
On-going operations and management.
